The main responsibilities are

  • Assist the Managing Director in communication with Croatian clients.
  • Prepare presentations by Powerpoint, Excel, Word in native Croatian / English language.
  • Daily management of office.
  • arrange for travel bookings (among others in Croatia and to prepare trips to Croatia, but also across Europe).
  • Responsibility for payment collection, invoicing, and monitoring payment collection.
  • Various administrative works.

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and skills

  • native written and oral Croatian language skills / very good English language skills
  • experience as travel agent with good local knowledge of Rijeka and Croatia in General
  • sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • previous experience in office administration
  • Minimum experience of 15 years with Tour operators / Travel agencies and have the can do / hospitality attitude
  • mature person with minimum age of 55 years old or over and experience of living and working outside Malta
  • must have Croatian passport to facilitate business acquisition in Croatia
